Service providers and sharing

These include GoHighLevel (GHL) for customer relationship management and inquiry follow-up, and Google and Meta for advertising and measurement. Information needed to perform these functions may be processed by those providers.

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta provides your submitted information to us and also handles information under its own privacy policy. We use lead-form information to respond to the inquiry associated with that form. Any additional use requiring permission is subject to that permission.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to legal requests, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse.

Financing inquiries

You can ask us about financing for your countertop project. Our estimate and advertising lead forms are not credit applications. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, bank-account details, payment-card details, or other sensitive financial information in those forms.

If you choose to apply for financing through a third-party provider, review that provider’s privacy policy and terms before submitting an application. The provider handles its application and approval process. Requesting an estimate or financing information does not guarantee approval; financing terms may vary.

Cookies and advertising tracking

The website uses Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel. These tools can collect information about visits and actions, such as page views and successful estimate requests, to measure advertising performance and support advertising delivery. Google Tag Manager manages website tags. Advertising providers may associate collected information with other information they hold, according to their own policies and your settings.

To ask us to correct your contact information, stop promotional follow-up, or review or delete information associated with your inquiry, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for project, accounting, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

For text messages, reply STOP to opt out of further messages from that messaging program, or contact us directly. Message and data rates may apply. For promotional emails, use an unsubscribe option where provided or ask us to stop. A privacy-policy link or estimate request by itself does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Retention and security

Information may remain in customer, project, communications, and advertising systems for the purposes described in this policy and applicable recordkeeping needs. Retention can vary by the type of information and the services involved. Contact us about a specific record or deletion request. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; avoid sending sensitive financial information through general inquiry forms or messages.

Children and other websites

Our services and lead forms are intended for adults planning countertop projects. They are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Linked websites and third-party services have their own privacy practices.
